Enter employee leave

    1. 1. Adding employee leave taken:

    If your leave hours are not  handled by your payroll package, please ensure that all leave taken is     entered.  Failing to do so could result in the employee not receiving  his paid hours for that day.

    Adding employee leave taken:

    Select the ‘View Employee Information’ button form the task bar on the left hand side of the main window of the CS Time User Module.

    Selecting Leave_link.png displays the ’Browse Employee Leave’ window where the leave can be entered. This can be done by clicking on the Add_button.png button and entering the ‘Type’, ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’.   Select Ok_button.png to save.
