HR - Banking Details

    This additional feature requires the Human Resources Module and enables additional banking information to be captured for each employee.

    Note: To activate the additional employee Banking Information feature, go to the Configuration Module, select the Features option from the System Setup dropdown menu and then select the HR option and activate the Employee Bank Account Details check box.

    View a Banking Information Window


    To view a Banking Information window, proceed as follows:
     

    1. Select the particular Bank option from the Employee / Human Resources dropdown menu and then select the required Bank Information option to be viewed from the Bank sub-menu. The options available are:
    1. Bank Codes,
    2. Branch Codes,
    3. Payment Methods,
    4. Account Types.

    Note: As all the Bank Information Type windows are similar, for the purpose of this manual the Bank Account Types option is used.

    The Browse Bank Information Type File window provides the following:

    1. Information List. This is a list of all available Bank Information options and provides the Code and Description of the particular Information Type.
    2. Add button. This button is used to add a new Banking Information option to the list.
    3. Change button. This button is used to change a selected and highlighted Banking Information option in the list.
    4. Remove button. This button is used to remove a selected and highlighted Banking Information option from the list.

    Adding Banking Information


    To add a new Bank Type to the list, proceed as follows:

    Note: As all the Bank Information Type windows are similar, for the purpose of this manual the Bank Account Types option is used.

    1. At the Browse Bank Information Type window select the Add button. The Update Banking Information Type window will be displayed.

    2. Enter the Code that will be used to identify the particular Bank Information Type and also a Description in the appropriate text boxes.
    3. Once the banking type information has been entered correctly, click on the Ok button to save the information and to display it in the list.

    Changing Banking Information


    To change an existing Leave Type in the list, proceed as follows:

    1. When the Browse Bank Information Type window is displayed, select and highlight the Bank Information Type to be changed and then click on the Change button. The Update Bank Information Type window will be displayed.
    2. Make the necessary changes and then click on the Ok button to save the changes.

    Remove Banking Information


    To remove an existing Bank Information Type from the list, proceed as follows:

    1. When the Browse Bank Information Type window is displayed, select and highlight the Bank Information Type to be removed and then click on the Remove button.
    2. When the delete confirmation window is displayed click on the Yes button to remove the selected Banking Information Type.
