This task is used to configre the email settings to be used when sending reports via email. To configure these settings, proceed as follows:
- From the Task Menu, select the Configure Email Settings and the Welcome screen will be displayed. Click the Next button to proceed.

- Now enter the SMTP Server Settings and click the Test Setting button to test. Once completed, click the Next button.

- Enter the email address from which the email are to be sent. Once completed, click the Next button.

- Next, complete the Username and Password which is associated with the email address in the previous step. Once completed, click the Next button.

- Then fill in the support email which is used when support is needed. This email will appear on the background screen of CS Time. Once completed, click the Next button.

- Lastly, select the Finish button to complete the configuration.
