Who's In, Who's Out

    This option is used to quickly view a list of all employees who are clocked In or clocked Out.

     

    View Who’s In and Who’s Out


    To view which employees are clocked in and out, proceed as follows:

    1. Select the Who’s In / Who’s Out? option from the Query or Edit / Access Control dropdown menu. The In/Out Status window will then be displayed.

      The following information is available from the In/Out Status window:

     

    1. View options. These options enable you to view all Visitors and Employees who are in or out, only Employees or only Visitors.
    2. Status Displays. Depending on the option selected, the status displays provide:
    1. Visitors/Employees In. This is a list of all visitors/employees that have clocked in and provides the name of the visitor/employee, the date and time they clocked in and also the area were they have currently clocked into.
    2. Employees Out. This is a list of all the employees who are currently clocked out and provides the name of the employee and the date and time when they last clocked out.
    1. Set Outside buttons. These buttons are used to move all the visitors/employees in the In list to the Out list.

    Set all Employees Out


    To set all employees out, proceed as follows:

    1. Select the Who’s In/Who’s Out? option from the Query or Edit dropdown menu or use the Who’s In/Who’s Out? toolbar button.
    2. When the In/Out Status window will then be displayed, select the Set Outside button below the list of employees who are in. All the In employees will now be moved to the Employees Out list.

    Set all Visitors Out

    To set all employees out, proceed as follows:

    1.      Select the Who’s In/Who’s Out? option from the Query or Edit dropdown menu or use the Who’s In/Who’s Out? toolbar button.

    2.      When the In/Out Status window will then be displayed, select the Set Outside button below the list of visitors who are in. All the In visitors will now be set as being out (off the premises).

     

    Set an Employee to be Out


    To set an employee to be out, proceed as follows:

    1. Select the Who’s In/Who’s Out? option from the Query or Edit dropdown menu or use the Who’s In/Who’s Out? toolbar button.
    2. When the In/Out Status window is displayed, right click on the selected employee and a pop up appears with the option Inside and Outside will appear. Select Out.

    Set an Employee to be In


    To set an employee who is in the Out list to be In, proceed as follows:

    1. When the In/Out Status window is displayed, right click on the selected employee and a pop up appears with the option Inside and Outside will appear. Select In.
    2. When the Areas popup list is displayed, select the area into which the employee is to be placed.


    Note: This action can also be used to move the In Employees between different areas.
